Migrations are the slice of work where I most often deliver end-to-end — the cost of a missed handoff is high enough that the same hands should hold scoping and cutover. For larger or more complex migrations I scope and advise; the build agency or your team executes against the document.

- The legacy catalogue has >100k records or non-trivial B2B price lists, customer history, or metafields that nobody has scoped properly.
